Republicans Obsessed with Fox News

From Think Progress:

Although Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) claims to read every single news source, she apparently watches only one cable news network — Fox News. ABC reports that Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) was at a pizzeria in Greenville, NC during yesterday’s debate and watched the event on “one of eight televisions tuned to Fox News, while eating pizza and spaghetti.” This practice is reminiscent of Vice President Cheney, who requires that all tvs be pre-set to Fox News when he travels. Reporters have also complained that the Bush administration refused to let them watch anything but Fox News on Air Force One. Two separate interviews with Palin will be airing on Fox News tonight.

  1. It is unbelievable that Conservative Christians who claim to follow Jesus can be so negative, angry and downright nasty. A Southern Baptist for many years, I moved my membership from what I had thought of as a fine church, when I found out there was a political plan to take over the Southern Baptist Convention.

THEY have taken over the convention and turned Southern Baptists into angry people who follow Bush and Fox news. Where is the Love that Jesus espouses? Where is the compassion that G.W. Bush promises 8 years ago and then again 4 years ago? Republicans are not going to reverse Roe v Wade. That is a political tool that they have used for 27 years to fool Christians into following them. It this makes anyone angry, I hope that they will ask the Father to forgive me, instead of lashing out. Christians need to read what Jesus says in the Bible and follow Him. Barack Obama is an honorable man that Fox and Republicans are smearing with lies and the same Republican hatred that they uses in the Swiftboat ads. We do not need a pit bull to divide the country the way George W. Bush has done.
